What shipping company do you use?

Our default shipping is UPS.  However, we will ship any carrier that you choose if you do not want UPS.  We can also ship using your account number for Fed Ex or UPS Collect.  Just let us know!


How long will it take to get my order?

We usually ship within 3-5 business days. Transit time ranges from 1-5 days depending on your ship to location.  Sales order confirmations are traditionally provided within 48 hours of order receipt.  We will let you know if any items are unavailable or on back order at that time.


How do you handle backorders?

We will cancel backorders less than $50.  We can also cancel backorders at your request, or ship orders complete upon receipt of all items - you make the call!


How do I update my account information?

How do I find the products I am looking for?

You can search by item name or item number. Go to Shop or Keyword Search bar:

I have registered, but do not remember my password. How may I obtain my login information?

Click on the “Forgot Password?” link.

Use your email that you used when you signed up and we will send you an email. If you do not receive an email promptly, please sign-up for a new account. If the email that you have used is on file, you will receive an error message.  Contact Us and we can reset your password for you.


I am having trouble logging in, what should I do?

It may mean that the information we have on file doesn’t match what you have entered. Try one of these options:


  • The system is case sensitive, so be sure to enter capital/lowercase letters as you did when you signed up. (Double check your Num Lock key and Caps Lock key on your keyboard.)
  • Many computers have a “remember password” feature. If your computer is pre-filling for you, try manually entering in your username and password.
  • Wellspring has a retail site and a wholesale site. If you are a customer logging in to buy for personal use or to give as a gift, go to our Wellspring Retail Site.
  • Try going out and coming back into the site using the Google Chrome web browser if you are currently using Internet Explorer.
  • Click on the “Forgot Password?” link.
